UNIC’s gastronomic proposal is led by chef David Grussaute, of French origin, born in Bordeaux in 1972, with a solid and internationally recognized career.

Throughout his career, he has worked in prestigious establishments, including the exclusive Relais & Châteaux chain with a Michelin star in France, as well as in diverse destinations such as the Comoros Islands (Africa), Scotland, and finally Ibiza.

All this experience translates into a personal and sophisticated cuisine, where the technique and elegance of French gastronomy converge with Mediterranean freshness and the culinary essence of Ibiza. UNIC is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 19:30 to 23:00. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
