Using fresh, seasonal products of the highest quality offered by the island, UNIC RESTAURANT manages to provide the gastronomic offer of Ibiza a renewed freshness both in the concept as well as in the form of its creations. Captained by chef David Grussaute, who trained at the Burdeos Cooking School, UNIC masterfully mixes the trends of modern cuisine with French and Mediterranean cuisine.
