Located at Migjorn Ibiza Suites & Spa, in the heart of Playa d´en Bossa and about to celebrate its tenth anniversary, Chef David Grussaute and Somellier Daniela Petercean, are the soul of UNIC.
0 KM, by conviction. This is how chef David Grussaute defines his support for local products. With this aim, he works with small growers, farmers and fisherman's organisations. This enables a value to be placed on nearly forgotten products from the island that Grussate works with using a technique and know-how resulting in dishes that exude flavours that surprise and captivate our customers.
David Grussaute (Bordeaux, 72), French chef who carries this profession in his blood, he has a professional background to vouch for it. From France, forming part of the team from the prestigious chain, Relais & Chateaus (with Michelín star), going to Comoros Islands (in Africa), Scotland and finally ending up in Ibiza, with extensive experience as a chef in top level gastronomic establishments. From all of these places, and professional experiences, he has taken their essence and embodied them all in one consolidated project, UNIC RESTAURANT.
Ibiza, an island with a long winemaking tradition, finds its best ally in UNIC's wine cellar. UNIC RESTAURANT transfers to its wine cellar its philosophy that puts local products in the spotlight, where we find the most representative wines form the most significant wineries of Ibiza. Thereby recognising their great effort to obtain wine products of prestige. One more year .. exceeding itself, innovating .. magnificent menu, very complete .. and as always, surprising with products from Ibiza ... this year, the surprise ... a dessert, "Pitiusas" made with pine extract .. tremendous !!! Well yes ..... probably one of the best kitchens in Ibiza ... !!!

A PLEASURE FOR ALL THE SENSES !!
It has been a real pleasure to be able to enjoy such an exquisite dinner ... They spoke highly of this restaurant and the reality exceeded expectations in an extraordinary way. The first impression was very good, because the atmosphere is very cozy and they take care of detail very much in mind. In addition, the staff makes the evening even more enjoyable (if possible). As for the food, really spectacular. The mixture of flavors makes as a whole a unique experience for the palate. The products are fresh and from the island. Something that I love because they work with proximity products (KM0). And it shows in the quality of the food. Very sophisticated dishes with traditional flavors. Wow, a show not to mention the presentation that leaves no one indifferent. Congratulations to the whole team.

AN EXCELLENT CELEBRATION !!!
A magnificent dinner to celebrate my wife's recent birthday and, for this, we chose a restaurant that, as its name indicates, is "UNIQUE" for many reasons, because of the great attention of the room manager, because of the excellent tasting menu of 12 dishes cooked with great care and affection by its excellent Belgian chef, a menu that uses high-quality local products and raw materials from Ibiza and which he takes great advantage of by providing intense flavors and varied textures to each of his beautifully presented dishes and crockery and cutlery that further enhance the cooked products. Good wine list with a large presence of wines from the Balearic Islands and an excellent quality / price ratio for the level of the restaurant and for the prices of Ibiza. Also be grateful for the nice detail they had for my wife's birthday that, without a doubt, corroborates the great choice we made with this restaurant for the birthday celebration. Without a doubt, our best dinner in our week of vacation in Ibiza, in a restaurant worthy of having a Michelin star ... Thank you very much for everything !!!

Very good restaurant, warm and welcoming. We are delighted with all the dishes offered with the highest quality and originality. We got to know the chef who is very friendly French. Also the value for money is not abused for gastronomy. Restaurant to recommend and not to miss.
