David Grussaute (Bordeaux, 72), French chef who carries this profession in his blood, he has a professional background to vouch for it. From France, forming part of the team from the prestigious chain, Relais & Chateaus (with Michelín star), going to Comoros Islands (in Africa), Scotland and finally ending up in Ibiza, with extensive experience as a chef in top level gastronomic establishments. From all of these places, and professional experiences, he has taken their essence and embodied them all in one consolidated project, UNIC RESTAURANT.
Ibiza, an island with a long winemaking tradition, finds its best ally in UNIC's wine cellar. UNIC RESTAURANT transfers to its wine cellar its philosophy that puts local products in the spotlight, where we find the most representative wines form the most significant wineries of Ibiza. Thereby recognising their great effort to obtain wine products of prestige. To complete their offer so that the fusions are perfect and to the guest’s taste, the wine cellar has a significant representation of denominations of origin at a national and international level.
